Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Logic and Loot processes when you visit the site, why, and how you can control it. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the GDPR.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Gabriel Silva, the individual responsible for logicandloot.com. For any privacy matter, email rdklabs@gmail.com.

What we process

• Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, logged by our hosting provider to keep the site running and protected from abuse.
• Preferences stored in your browser: light or dark theme and your cookie choice. These stay on your device.
• Audience statistics: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, time, device type and approximate region).
• Advertising: when the site shows Google AdSense ads, Google may use cookies to measure them and, if you accept, to personalize them.
• What you send us: your email if you subscribe to the newsletter, and the content of messages you send.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Keeping the site running and secure: legitimate interest.
• Measuring audience and showing personalized ads: your consent, given in the cookie notice. If you decline, none of it loads.
• Sending the newsletter and answering messages: fulfilling your request.

Who we share it with

We rely on providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database) and Google (Analytics and AdSense, only with consent). They process data under their own terms and may store it outside your country, with the safeguards required by law. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Browsing logs follow our hosting provider's retention period. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted within 12 months after they are resolved, unless the law requires keeping them longer.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to confirm whether we process your data, to access, correct, anonymize or delete it, to receive a copy, to know who we share it with, and to withdraw consent. Email rdklabs@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).

Changing your cookie choice

Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.

Children

The site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page changes too.
