Motorola Signature 27 launches November 5, but the price is still a mystery
Motorola’s new flagship debuts Qualcomm’s fastest chip and promises seven years of updates. The only price floating around comes from a European retailer listing.

Motorola confirmed on October 29, in a post on X, that the Signature 27 launches globally on November 5. Its US and India sites had only said "November." It’s the first phone announced with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, unveiled at Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit in Hawaii.
What Motorola has confirmed
- 165Hz AMOLED display.
- 50MP main camera with a 1/1.28-inch LYTIA 910 sensor, 50MP ultrawide and a 200MP periscope with 5x optical zoom.
- 7,000mAh battery and a vapor chamber 40% larger than before.
- Audio tuned by Bang & Olufsen.
- Android 17 with seven years of updates.
And the price?
Officially, nothing. The only figure out there comes from a European retailer that listed the 12GB/512GB model at about €1,595. Treat that as a hint, not a price. Ignore auto-generated spec sites quoting much lower numbers; there’s no source behind them.
On paper, the Signature 27 is the most complete Android phone of the year, and seven years of updates matter if you keep phones a long time. But it lands in a price tier where Motorola still doesn’t have the trust of Samsung or Apple. If it launches north of the Galaxy Ultra, I’d wait a few months. Motorola’s own track record says the discounts come quickly.
